ELECTRIC CARS AND TIKI BARS
is a "beach song" reflecting the tranquility so many people attribute to islands like Key West.

The melody came to mind toward the end of my stay when tourists began asking me for directions and suggestions for places locals might frequent.

I knew this was more of a testament to how lost they were than that of my local insight, but it was flattering none the less.

This is inspired by beach country music heard on "Conch Country 98.7", Key West street musicians, and borrows from one of my favorite pieces, Keith Jarrett's Lucky Southern.
